I looked at this PR when I was working on cpdup in July. I wanted to integrate this little feature, but I was thinking how to improve the code for better readability and maintainability. I'll reconsider this later when I resume the cpdup work. Sorry. |

As we have no autoconf, on Linux it must be compiled with -DUSE_COPY_FILE_RANGE
