This is now ready for review! To test it / set it up, simply open the Admin page and set the following key:
Then create any article / news as usual, and see it pop up on Discord. I have attached some testing screenshots:

This pull request will add cross-sending news to Discord. Using webhooks, each article that passes a filter, will be sent as an embed in a given channel. This will fix the issue in Rosa Pantern: Dsek-LTH/rasa-pantern#6.
Currently a draft to give a small update, non-working apart from some early tests.
