🔧 Setup Instructions

1. Clone the Repo

git clone https://github.com/your-username/smart-summarizer.git
cd smart-summarizer

2. Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

Make sure ffmpeg is installed and accessible from PATH (required for audio chunking).

3. Configure .env

Create a .env file with the following keys:

GOOGLE_TOKEN_PATH=config/token.pickle

google_oauth_credentials.json should be downloaded from Google Cloud Console and placed in /config.

🖥️ CLI Mode

python main.py

streamlit run app.py

🛡️ Privacy & Security

• All API keys and credentials are kept in .env and excluded from version control.
• Only metadata and text-based summaries are stored — raw content is deleted after processing.
