The EVTerminationCode and the EVTerminationExplanation shall be implemented in SessionStopReq message as defined in ISO15118-20 (V2G20-1271). The EVTerminationCode informs the SECC about the session termination reason. This commit adds this content to the module. Signed-off-by: Martin Lukas <martin.lukas@chargebyte.com>

Adds the ev termination code to the module to be available on iso15118_charger interface.
This information can be used to display the EV error code in process view etc.
