💡 What: Added aria-live="polite" and aria-atomic="true" to the dynamic score counter in the Mario sprite game.
🎯 Why: Dynamic status updates in web UI elements, like scores changing, are completely invisible to screen readers by default. This makes the game more inclusive.
📸 Before/After: The game visually remains exactly the same, but the screen reader experience is now dramatically improved.
Accessibility: This specific addition ensures that screen readers will announce the player's score update in real-time, in a polite manner that won't aggressively interrupt the user's ongoing interactions.

Also updated the Palette learning journal with this specific finding for future dynamic UI components.

- Removed standard library `venv` module from `requirements.txt` as it breaks `pip install` in CI/CD pipelines due to 'No matching distribution' errors.
