Description
Problem: Client doesn't have batch order API endpoint implemented.
Solution: Implement Batch order API endpoint. I also factored out the parameters of
add_orderinto its own struct.Testing/Examples: I'm actually not really sure how to test this. Is there an existing suite somewhere that I can add to? cc @stephenbez
