OVERVIEW
  This package aims to provide a way to manipulate pointcloud "tiles" 
  (relatively flat pointclouds).

FILES

pytile.py
  Main package. Contains objects and methods for manimpulating pointcloud
  "tiles."   

_log
  Contains counter for naming files.

OLD
  Anything in this folder can be deleted with no reprecussions. Used to store
  old code and files.
