LayeredRenderType#draw fix and Flare fixes and performance optimizations.

Fixes:

  • LayeredRenderType#draw using the defaultValue's shader for all layers.
  • Flare crashing due to incorrect array size.
  • Flare creating tons of Iterator objects causing massive memory allocations.
