Sorry for huge changed line count! I accidently allowed visual studio to change line endings.
1). Deleted redundant code for tree.cfg copying to save folder.
2). Included my previous fixes for microwave power from #72
3). Merged InterstellarToolbar in Interstellar.dll
4). Updated parts .cfg files for editor to choose their category (Engine\fuleTank...) correctly
5). Tested on clean 0.90 game.
6). Solution set to produce binaries for 0.90 and 0.25 versions
