Main branch

• fixed versioning issues so now users can get the same results on the example data with our pre-trained models
• more general purpose one described in the paper and easier to create input files

Alternate_version branch

• will work on Google Cloud for GP2
• created new example data in that branch that will mimic what is available for GP2 releases
