- Some places in examples became simpler. - Wording in a few places is improved. - The supported platforms and compilers needed a refreshment. - CMake options now use option() command. - Benchmarks build is disabled by default. Closes #31

It was too aggressive while it is more like a benchmark than a test. Lets not stress CI too much, especially on the free plan fro GitHub. Closes #37
