* Move database connection logics from gibbon.php into CoreServiceProvider::boot for clarity.
* replace with the sessionTableHasSetup flag in container.
* Migrate locale object setup from Core::initializeCore to CoreServiceProvider::boot.
* Combine "Globals for backwards compatibility" section.
* Move absoluteURL declaration into CoreServiceProvider.
