Adds initial support for the 4D Systems gen4_ESP32_50CT display(probably works with gen4-ESP32-70CT as well).
Works well so far in normal orientation, but shows glitches in any other orientation.
Touch driver for FT5x06 seems to work fine with the builtin FT5446.
