These adjustments help flesh out Link's kit by improving Bomb as a setplay tool, repurposing existing tools, and toning down some of the more frustrating parts of Link.
A very big thank you to Duriel/BlankMauser, Nibbs, and Ryn for help with the new Bomb cancel, and to Silent for help with the Dair GFX :)

! (!) Now has an on-hit cancel that allows Link to cancel an attack into Bomb detonation. Does not work on shield, and will only be available when Link has already pulled out Bomb. ~ Applies to all moves except for Specials. ~ To preserve visual quality of attacks, all grounded moves can access Bomb cancel 3f after the attack's last active frame. ~ Jab can access Bomb cancel after Jab 3, and Up Smash can access Bomb cancel after the third swing. ~ All other multihits can access Bomb cancel on the first hit. ~ Throws can access Bomb cancel 5f after throw release. ~ Aerials can access Bomb Cancel as soon as Link exits hitlag.Up Special (Spin Attack)
