Added .fvmrc and VSCode settings for Flutter 3.35.3. Upgraded Android build tools, Kotlin, Gradle, and compile/target SDK versions to latest supported values. Updated dependencies in pubspec.yaml and improved .gitignore for FVM. Adjusted code formatting in OpenMailAppPlugin.kt for clarity.
