🔧 polymer - Smart Tools for Polymarket Trading

Download polymer

polymer is a toolkit designed to help you trade and interact with Polymarket. It offers automated trading methods, a client to connect with order books, and live updates on market activity. You don’t need to know coding or complex commands to use it.


🖥️ System Requirements

Before you start, check that your Windows PC meets these requirements:

  • Windows 10 or newer (64-bit edition recommended)
  • At least 4 GB of RAM
  • 500 MB of free disk space
  • Internet connection for live data and updates
  • Administrator rights to install and run the app

🚀 Getting Started

This guide shows you how to download, install, and launch polymer on Windows. Follow each step in order.


🔗 Step 1: Download polymer

Visit the download page by clicking the big badge above or this link:

This page contains all the software versions, including the latest one for Windows. You will find the files under the “Releases” section. Look for the Windows setup file, usually named something like polymer-setup.exe.


📥 Step 2: Save the Installer

  1. On the GitHub page, scroll to the “Releases” or “Assets” section.
  2. Find the file designed for Windows. It should have .exe in the name.
  3. Click the file name to start downloading.
  4. Wait until the download completes. The file will be saved in your ‘Downloads’ folder by default.

⚙️ Step 3: Install polymer

  1. Open your ‘Downloads’ folder.
  2. Double-click the downloaded .exe file to launch the installer.
  3. You may see a security prompt. Click ‘Yes’ to allow the installation.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen:
    • Choose the folder where polymer will install (the default is usually fine).
    • Click ‘Next’ until you reach the ‘Install’ button.
  5. Click ‘Install’ to copy the files to your PC.
  6. After the process finishes, click ‘Finish’ to exit the installer.

▶️ Step 4: Run polymer

  1. Find the polymer icon on your desktop or in the Start menu.
  2. Double-click it to open.
  3. Wait a moment while the program connects to Polymarket and loads data.
  4. The main window will display market updates and available trading options.

polymer includes several tools to help with trading and DeFi activities:

  • Automated trading strategies to manage orders without manual inputs
  • Client for CLOB (Central Limit Order Book) API to interact with live market data
  • Real-time market data streaming for up-to-date price and volume information

The interface offers simple menus and controls designed for easy use. You can watch live order books, place trades, and track your trading bots.


📋 Basic Usage Tips

  • Review the menu bar on top. It lets you select markets to watch and choose trading strategies.
  • Watch the live feed window to see recent trades and order updates.
  • Select your preferred trading method and set parameters carefully. The software runs trades based on these settings.
  • Use the help section (under the “?” icon) for explanations of each feature.

🔄 Updating polymer

Check the download page regularly for the newest versions. Updates may include bug fixes and new features.

To update:

  1. Download the new installer from the same GitHub link.
  2. Run the installer. It will replace old files without removing your settings.
  3. Launch polymer again to use the updated software.

❓ Troubleshooting

If polymer does not start or shows errors:

  • Make sure your Windows updates are current.
  • Restart your computer and try again.
  • Confirm internet access is working without firewall blocks.
  • Reinstall the app by running the installer again.
  • Visit the GitHub “Issues” tab to see if others report similar problems.
