  • Event promotion

    • Ask the conference to add Humble Data to their website (if relevant).
    • Social media posts to promote registration (see examples here)
    • Ask for related community for promotion (e.g. conferences, local Python groups, local universities)
  • Email communication

    • Confirmation email to mentors (see example here)
    • Confirmation email to learners (see example here)
    • Reminder emails to mentors (see example here)
    • Reminder emails to learners (see example here)
    • After event thank you email to mentors and learners (see example here)
  • Humble Data website

    • Add event when registration opens. Make sure to add the sponsorship information, if any.
    • Add wrap up blog post (optional)
  • Prepare workshop

    • Prepare some beginner friendly issues (optional)
