This fix silences warnings.

When running the tests we were getting several warnings (more than 5k total I think). This was a mixture of two things:

• sometimes, we had multiplications with infinities or divisions by 0. These are well handled by the code so I just added them to the ignore in pyproject.toml
• Other warnings were about deprecation warnings (things that will break when we update to future versions of pandas or pydantic). These were fixed with the changes suggested by the warnings themselves.

Now tests pass without warnings.
