In the R-version of this package there is a very neat explanation on how to filter the data when downloading. This can save considerable amount of time, both in the actual download, but also in figuring out how to do so.
In this Python version the explanation on how to filter data seems to be missing.
I've tried to add some explanation and examples to the README file. In doing so, I have shamelessly reused parts of the explanation from the R-version, cbsodatar, the associated vignettes, etc.
It seems to me that the issue #23 could be solved by this pull request.
