Improvement to STL and opening access to external projects

Hi,

First thanks for your library it is really useful to me.

I needed to change a few things though:

• Open to external project with a Tools Class
  • Making more convenient to access Time.mseconds as many project might use millisecond.
  • Generate an instance of TimedTextObject to create the caption in external project
• STL
  • Allowing line break within STL content
  • Fixing issue when the video file in Avid was 24 frame rate.
