feat(skills): improve taskMaestro start and assign subcommands

Summary

• Add install_worktree_deps() function for dependency pre-installation after worktree creation (feat: worktree dependency pre-installation in taskMaestro start #867)
  • Monorepo (yarn workspaces): symlink node_modules from repo root
  • Standalone: yarn install --frozen-lockfile in background
  • Zero overhead when node_modules already present
• Add IRON LAW: RESULT.json completion protocol to worker prompt template (feat: enforce RESULT.json completion protocol as Iron Law in taskMaestro #868)
  • RESULT.json is mandatory before idle — no exceptions
  • Covers both success and failure paths
• Add ERROR RECOVERY PROTOCOL to worker prompt template (feat: add error self-recovery instructions to taskMaestro worker prompt template #870)
  • Workers self-diagnose and retry on failures (max 3 attempts)
  • Write RESULT.json with failure status after 3 retries exhausted
• Renumber wave_transition() steps from 7 to 8

Test plan

• Verify install_worktree_deps() skips when node_modules exists (zero overhead)
• Verify monorepo symlink strategy works with yarn workspaces
• Verify worker prompt includes IRON LAW and ERROR RECOVERY blocks
• Verify wave_transition() step numbering is consistent (1-8)
• Validate JSON schemas pass: ajv-cli validate
• Validate markdown lint passes: markdownlint-cli2
