feat : Mock API 컨트롤러 및 Response mock 메서드 구현
- openjdk:17-jdk 이미지가 Docker Hub에서 공식적으로 deprecated(지원 중단) - jdk 17 버전에서 변경 진행
- 현재 URL 이 겹쳐서 오류 발생
