Thanks, this LGTM.

I have a "fix" for the CI failures, see #330, FYI. If you can review it, I'll merge it, then you can merge or rebase your changes with the fix and everything should pass.

If we want to build the OpenCL-ICD_Loader with CMAKE_C_EXTENSIONS=OFF
then we should build this way for the OpenCL-ICD-Loader CI, also.
