Context

Adding a 'coming soon' message to https://kilocode.ai/docs/getting-started/connecting-api-provider for Kilo Code Teams and Enterprise since this feature is not yet available for these plans.

Implementation

Added 'Coming soon to Kilo Code Teams and Enterprise!' in italics to the English and Chinese files. I assumed the Chinese used is 'simplified'
