- Add VERSION build arg and config file COPY to all Dockerfiles
- Update configs to use .local hostnames for sekin compatibility
- Fix cosmos-indexer tx_type to empty string (was /kira.bridge.MsgChangeCosmosEthereum)
- Update storage URLs and collection names
