DenBot

DenBot allows you to look up your own local den seeds via user-configurable filters, and skip towards them. Skipping is similar to Luxray's - a modified sys-botbase or usb-botbase increments network time (network time synchronization must be enabled), then resets time to the initial date once done.

DenMode: SeedSearch - configure den parameters to perform a seed lookup, Skip: configure day skip settings to start skipping.

To perform SeedSearch:

1. Configure DenType, DenID, DenBeamType to match your den in-game. Star and RandRoll should be adjusted to match your target Pokémon.
2. Configure desired ShinyType, GuaranteedIVs, IVSpread, Gender, GenderRatio, Ability, Nature and Characteristic for a seed.
3. Configure SearchRange.
4. Start your bot.

Parameters follow how they're used and represented in RaidFinder.

To perform Skip:

1. Enter SkipCount. SeedSearch will output skips to target frame, so that is the number you should enter. In other words, if you want to skip 200 frames, enter 200.
2. Configure SkipDelay. This may require some trial and error on some Switches. Default delay (zero) should work for everyone, but can be configured if too many frames are dropped.
3. HostAfterSkip will automatically start RaidBot when skipping is complete. Wouldn't recommend to enable this for very long skips, but the option is there.
4. Select how (or if) you'd like your Switch's network time to be reset. Reset will reset time to the initial time after skipping is complete, ResetNTP will synchronize time with NTP's servers (internet connection required).

Mini FAQ

Q: Seed search is taking forever!!!

A: Make sure filters are entered correctly. If they are, some seeds are just extremely rare. Can take a long while for a match to be found if SearchRange is set high.

Q: Seed results do not match the seed!

A: Make sure filters are entered correctly.

Q: When I try to skip, nothing happens!

A: Ensure you're using a modified sys-botbase or usb-botbase. It's, sadly, a requirement. Otherwise, enable internet time sync in system settings.

Q: I'm dropping a lot of frames!

A: Skip in a Pokécenter or train station. Overworld and Dojo are laggy. Can also try to increase SkipDelay slightly.

Q: Seed result output is for the wrong den!

A: Assuming DenID and DenType are correct, turn off anything that could affect RAM (such as EdiZon or CaptureSight) and reboot.
