*will not target branches that have/in them.**will. I think this is why PRs merging into branches that have/in their branch name don't trigger workflows. Github Status was also reporting issues while this was happening, so it's also possible I'm connecting dots that don't need connecting. Either way, I don't think there's any harm in using**.
