When running large analysis or a custom program on HPC, its very important to run them containerized. Using containers prevents dependency conflicts and avoids issues that can arise from broken or mismatched software environments on the HPC.
- Currently we support both Singularity
and Docker
conatiners.
- Important: On VSC clusters, only Singularity/Apptainer containers can be executed.
- All of our custom containers are stored in Pixiu under the collection LIVR-Containers. If you need access to the the LIVR-Containers collection contact Arka.
