The Dataset object chooses a type of parser by inspecting the headers.

NOAA NonStandard Templates/ Old templates follow a variety of headers like:

NonStandard Template A:

Antarctic & Greenland-GRIP Synchronization Data: Readme file

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

World Data Center A- Paleoclimatology

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: PLEASE CITE ORIGINAL REFERENCE WHEN USING THIS DATA!!!!!

NonStandardTemplate B:

8.2k Event Speleothem Oxygen Isotope Data

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

World Data Center for Paleoclimatology, Boulder

                                  and

                     NOAA Paleoclimatology Program

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: PLEASE CITE ORIGINAL REFERENCE WHEN USING THIS DATA!!!!!

NonStandardTemplate C:

Newall Glacier and Dome C Ice Core in situ 14C Data

---------------------------------------------------------------------

NOAA Paleoclimatology Program

and

World Data Center for Paleoclimatology, Boulder

---------------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE: PLEASE CITE ORIGINAL REFERENCE WHEN USING THIS DATA!!!!!

Hence, instead of exact match, we try to find a block separated by dashes, and try to find keywords like Noaa and world Data center within this block.
