An interactive HR dashboard built with Power BI, designed to uncover trends in employee attrition, workforce demographics, performance, and engagement—empowering HR teams to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

To provide HR leaders with actionable insights into attrition, diversity, job satisfaction, and compensation, enabling proactive retention strategies and improved workforce planning.
