Fixed many incorrect stats + parameters + recheckked near all npc stats. for 254.

If you see any strange notes in the list just ignore them I will remove them in the next update package. I haven't finished checking yet. |

*Added Missing use requirement for dragon chainbody.
*Crafting guild stairs fixed.
*Changed some config names to the same as I put in the 377 version earlier.
*Changed many npc sounds because some npc don't have any sounds in the game but we have default sounds loaded instead even though they should have none.
