While creating my Docker setup, I had to figure out which files and directories need to be persisted between container runs.
During that process, I noticed a few patterns in the
.gitignorethat appear to reference files and directories that are not/no longer in use. Based on my understanding, these entries can likely be removed safely to avoid potential confusion.Unless I’ve overlooked something, this cleanup should be applicable across all branches (explicitly checked
225,244,245.2,254and274).
