i18n: complete missing translations for all non-zh/en language files

15 language files were missing ~353 translation keys added by recent features, while zh-CN and en-US were fully up to date.

Scope of missing keys

All affected languages (ja-JP, ko-KR, zh-HK, fr-FR, de-DE, es-ES, it-IT, pt-BR, pt-PT, ru-RU, tr-TR, pl-PL, ar, vi-VN, id-ID) were missing the following sections entirely:

• mainHome.routing — splitLabel, keyboardLabel, mouseLabel
• keyToneAlbumPage.editorNotice — editor mode notice message + dismiss label
• KeyToneAlbum.defineSounds — volumeDb, volumeOutOfRange, and the entire waveformTrimmer subsection (play/pause/stop/zoom/hint controls)
• setting.mainHome — new settings keys: pressReleaseControl, pressReleasePanel, pressReleaseGlobalPanel, pressReleaseGlobal, routingSplit, splitVolumePanel, splitVolume, pressReleaseSplit, mouseFallback, randomVolumeControl, pressReleaseRandomControl, pressReleaseRandomPanel, pressReleaseRandomGlobal, pressReleaseRandomSplit
• exportFlow — entire section (signature picker, auth gate, auth request, policy dialog, contact forms, signature info dialog, etc.)
• signature — entire section (page, form, authGrant, contextMenu, import/export/select/delete/notify)
• albumSelector.signatureHoverCard — author hover card labels

Translation approach

• Translations follow zh-CN for brevity/meaning and en-US as English baseline
• Concise phrasing preferred to avoid UI layout issues from overly long strings
• {label}, {count}, {key}, {keys}, {name}, {license} placeholders preserved verbatim
• zh-HK uses Traditional Chinese; ar uses native Arabic (RTL-compatible strings)
