This PR:

  • Introduces test utilities for downloading the Lumera binary and incorporating it into system tests
  • Provides the foundation for running system tests on supernodes that involve Lumera chain interactions
  • Currently sets up just the P2P service using node addresses, as supernodes only consist of P2P service at this stage
