20220411 - initial release for templating (replacement of the values) in HTML messages.

Initial yet functional app, allowing templating, that can be used for replacement of the values in the message. Usage of 2 files (1 for addresses and another one for values, that are to be used in HTML e-mail body). For its functionality, the e-mail address at the very beginning of the script, needs to be configured in your Outlook - otherwise it won't work.
