The Rails and security advisories were handled in separate PRs, so by this point the PR is all the other bundler updates in one batch.
This also updates bundler itself to 2.7.2 in order to debug an
Unresolved or ambiguous specs during Gem::Specification.resetmessage that was getting thrown.
