I have done my Assignments -2. Please have a look and accept.

Nice Work.
Needs some corrections:

1. dummy_dicts should have dummy_list's element as keys and its frequency as values.
2. List - Q.8: find a generic way to takle any value given as user input instead of hardcoding 5 by observation. [IMPROVEMENT]
3. Q. 9: Incomplete
4. Need to include numpy examples also.
