This PR adds an optional
stream_update_config_targument tompas_init, allowing users to apply custom stream modifications during initialization. The configuration type stores a reference to the stream manager and a callback procedure that performs the update after the stream manager is created but before streams are validated, ensuring changes are applied safely. This provides a flexible and supported mechanism for customizing stream configurations without modifying core framework logic.
