• On Windows, the .exe has to stay inside the folder. You can create a shortcut to it and move it wherever you want.
• On macOS, open the .dmg and drag the app to wherever you want.
• For Linux, to create an .AppImage, read the instructions on the README.

The app icons are the defaults of the packager. You can manually change them if you want. Look it up on the internet :P
