[Issue]0.50.12 - Textures for bridges are displayed over the text layer on hexes, causing them to sometimes obscure the text underneath. #8153

Description

Brief Description *

As can be seen in the provided image the Bridge is obscuring the text on the same hex, this can make reading the map somewhat difficult.
Image

I believe this was introduced in #7891 as one can see the same issue on some of the bridges in the provided image and was not present in 0.50.11.
Furthermore as it is a pull that is meant to deal with how the board is displayed it is my number 1 suspect.

But as #7707 also deals with bridges it's possible that could also have introduced it.

3. Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a map.
  2. Create a bridge so it goes north-south.
  3. See that you can no longer see the hex number at the top of the hex as it is underneath the bridge, and if there is anything at the bottom of the hex (Depth, Height, Level, Etc.) it is also partially obscured.
