Overview
Updates Smart Accounts Kit docs to match breaking API/typing changes in Advanced Permissions and ERC-7710 utilities.

Examples and references are revised to (a) move isAdjustmentAllowed into the permission object, (b) rename permissionsContext to permissionContext and document it as a PermissionContext that can be Hex or Delegation[], (c) replace getDelegationHashOffchain with hashDelegation, and (d) update sample chainId/chainIds values from hex strings to numbers.
