Overview
Adds a new reference/types.md page documenting common Smart Accounts Kit enums and types (for delegations and smart accounts), and exposes it in the Docusaurus sidebar.

Updates multiple reference pages (delegation APIs/scopes, caveat enforcer client, and smart account docs) to replace plain type names with links to the new type anchors and slightly clarifies scope/parentDelegation parameter descriptions.
