Added support for Wait: action in HandleActionList()
You can now write commands like:
"Load:LczMap,Wait:1000,Load:HczMap"
This introduces a delay of 1000ms between map loads.
Refactored HandleActionList() to a coroutine using MEC
Allows sequential execution with support for delays (Timing.WaitForSeconds())
