Restore the canonical Master Citation file to its previous content, move the abstract edition into a new 01_MASTER_CITATION_ABSTRACT.md for validator use, retarget the reflective validator workflow to the abstract copy, and add required front matter/checksum to legacy paste instructions for lineage guard. refs: CI compliance
