Set prototypeToken.sight.range: 100 for all static monster configs except for 1 which is not dark-adapted.

In reviewing these, it's clear that there hasn't really been an effort to mark humanoids as not dark-adapted. The acolyte for example should not be labelled dark-adapted.

Overall this change is a net positive because there are more non-humanoid monsters on the list than not. Not sure if it's worth it to do a pass at refining the dark-adapted label.

Yes, the only exceptions I added were to Giuseppe (NPC in adventure) and the premade player characters.
