NEMO Cookbook

NEMO Cookbook is an open-source Python library dedicated to the reproducible analysis of NEMO ocean general circulation model outputs using xarray.

The package provides an extensible framework to store NEMO model outputs as nodes in a hierarchical datatree and calculate grid-aware diagnostics & statistics. The data structures introduced in NEMO Cookbook in-turn support implementations of the post-processing & analysis functions available in CDFTOOLS in the form of recipes (interactive Jupyter / Marimo Notebooks).
