This pull request will add test cases for target edges for stationary and moving targets.
I've also noticed in developing this that the
docs/scene.mddocumentation is horribly out of date and thatdocs/general_config.mdcontains the more up-to-date version of that information. I suggest we also removedocs/scene.mdalong with this pull request unless it gets some significant improvement.
