Added 'numinit' to possible mentors for Secure Boot and MAC ideas. Added PKCS#11 prior effort.

These will likely need to be split up into smaller projects or be allocated to a group of contributors in the next phase. And require significant mentor effort. Otherwise, I do like the ideas. |

Thanks for the feedback, that makes sense to me. Is splitting in two (Secure Boot and MAC) ok? Also, should i put a disclaimer about the "significant mentor effort"? |
