Merging the developed base for the Django server that covers the following requirements:
REQ128 - Create the initial server setup following MVT design pattern using Django
REQ129 - Connect the Django server to the Cassandra database
REQ130 - Add the web pages for the service to the Django server
REQ131 - Store necessary session files when the service is accessed
REQ132 - Generate the required cookie files when a user is accessing the service
