Add a dedicated user guide page explaining Hermes Agent’s filesystem checkpoints and /rollback safety net, including how shadow git repos under ~/.hermes/checkpoints/ work and when snapshots are taken.
Add a Git worktrees guide showing how to run multiple Hermes agents safely on the same repository using separate worktrees and hermes -w, with concrete CLI examples and cleanup tips.
These docs help users adopt the new v0.2.0 safety features (checkpoints, /rollback, worktree workflows) with clear, copy‑pasteable commands and best practices.

Merged via PR #1493. Your docs commit was cherry-picked onto current main with authorship preserved. Dropped the cli.py change (functional regression) and corrected the hermes -w description to reflect that it auto-creates a disposable worktree rather than taking a path argument. Thanks for the contribution!
